He wanted to add a comment or two to my blog!
My little guy brings me such joy. In a time of stress he sure is a huge blessing to count.
Sunday we were sad to drop Shay off to her Mom to start cheerleading practice and get ready to head back to school. We were all sad to drive home without her. Jaedan started crying when he realized we were almost home. I asked him what was wrong and he said he didn't want to go home. I said where do you want to go? And without hesitation he said, Home Depot.
He is the silliest kid I have ever met!!
Here is a scripture I came across that brought me great peace.
Psalm 41:1-3:1 Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.2 The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.3 The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.
I thought about all of the times we have given monetarily as well as material possessions to others in need and felt that now that we are in need the Lord will surely provide. Not that I ever doubted it, but the scripture was a nice reminder.
